Having started her career in finance, Chloe has developed extensive experience across both finance and human resources within the investment management sector. She joined W1M in 2010 as a Finance Assistant before moving into HR in 2020, where she supported the full employee lifecycle and became a key contact for all HR administration, payroll and employee data.

Chloe is a CIMA-qualified management accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kent.
