Ema joined K2 international in March 2025.  She entered the insurance industry in September 2022 via the WTW Graduate Scheme where she most recently worked as a Catastrophe Analyst within the Risk & Analytics team.

Ema also has over 5 years of experience in sales within the Education Technology industry, having worked as a regional account manager for the North American and EMEA market.

Ema has a BSc in Mathematics and MSc in Finance, Risk and Investment, both from the University of Kent. She is also working towards her ACII qualification.
