Isla joined K2 International in May 2025. She is a Law graduate from the University of Kent who went on to complete the LPC LLM at BPP University (Birmingham). Gaining prior insurance experience as an Underwriting Assistant at a large global insurer, Isla achieved Cert CII status in 2024. Prior to that, Isla worked in administrative support in legal recruitment, along with several years in customer-facing roles.
