Joe is an ACA qualified accountant. He began his career as an auditor in 2006 and joined the insurance industry in 2009. Before joining Pioneer, Joe had roles at XL in the MI and financial reporting teams. He joined Pioneer in 2015 to manage the financial reporting process before transferring to K2 International as Financial Controller in May 2020. Joe was appointed Head of Finance effective 1^stAugust 2021 and subsequently was appointed Chief Financial Officer in April 2024.
