Joe is an ACA qualified accountant. He began his career as an auditor in 2006 and joined the insurance industry in 2009. Before joining Pioneer Underwriters, Joe had roles at XL in the MI and financial reporting teams. He joined Pioneer in 2015 to manage the financial reporting process before transferring to K2 International in May 2020. He has carried out a number of Executive Financial roles during his tenure at K2 International, currently acting at Global Head of FP&A on behalf of the K2 Insurance Services Group.
