Prior roles at International General Insurance, Tokio Marine Kiln and Allianz saw her managing complex portfolios, integrating digital platforms, and spearheading cost-saving transitions—delivering measurable results including a £750k efficiency gain in one programme alone. With expertise in stakeholder management, communication strategy, and team development, Kelly is a strategic thinker who thrives on translating vision into action.
