Kieron started in insurance in 2018 with his enrolment in the Lloyd’s of London Apprenticeship Scheme, part of which was spent on secondment with Pioneer Underwriters.

Since then, he has held two broking roles with a focus on Financial Institutions, Commercial D&O and PI, and joined the K2 Financial team in February 2022 as an Assistant Underwriter and was promoted to Underwriter in April 2023.
