Mark brings decades of experience across both the insurer and broking markets, with a strong track record of leadership, operational delivery, and large-scale transformation.

He began his career as a Commercial Underwriter with Royal Sun Alliance, where he progressed to managing an underwriting team for several years. Transitioning into the broking sector, Mark worked as an Account Executive handling complex commercial and High Net Worth (HNW) clients before stepping into the role of Operations Manager.

Following an acquisition, Mark moved into a Business Analyst position, leading significant transformation initiatives. Notably, he successfully delivered the migration of over 200 users onto a new Policy Administration System. He later advanced to Applications Manager, where he built and led high-performing teams responsible for business-as-usual (BAU) support, acquisition onboarding and system migrations, and the delivery of strategic projects.

In his most recent role, Mark was accountable for supporting more than 500 users across six Policy Administration Systems. He led a team of seven Business Analysts and successfully delivered system migrations for over 15 acquisitions within a four-year period, demonstrating his ability to manage complexity, scale, and change effectively.
