Monique has nearly 20 years’ experience across the insurance industry with a career primarily in management liability lines.  Prior to joining K2 Financial and establishing Aegis Fiduciary, Monique spent over 5 years at Euclid/SPG Encore Fiduciary specializing in Fiduciary Liability.  Beforehand Monique assisted with launching Catlin’s Financial Institutions Group on the West Coast and spent 7 years there until it was sold to XL.  Prior to joining Catlin Monique held a senior broker role at Heath Lambert broking complex global D&O programs in Lloyd’s.

Monique began her career in New York underwriting D&O management liability programs for AIG and Chubb. Monique holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
