His focus has been, and remains, the delivery of proactive and effective claims handling service to clients and their broking partners.

Stephen also contributes across a number of market committees through his role as co-chair of the Joint Marine Claims Committee and as a representative of marine property insurers on the Lloyd's Salvage Group.
