Thea joined K2 International in January 2026 as a Business Change Coordinator. Prior to this, she was working on a Cyber Maturity Programme for a large London based insurer. She also provided project support and management for key regulatory projects.

Thea graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2022 with a First Class degree in History. She has since achieved professional qualifications, such as AgilePM and PRINCE2 Foundation.
