Tom started in the insurance industry in 2009 with Howden, before broking at Marsh and Aon.

In 2016 Tom joined Munich Re Syndicate where he focused on their emerging market book. He was promoted to Senior Underwriter in 2018.

Tom joined K2 Rubicon Specialty in 2024, as Head of Crisis Management.
