Christian Bennett

Christian has worked in the insurance industry since 2008. Prior to joining K2, formerly Pioneer, he worked as an Underwriter at Mitsui Sumitomo Syndicate for their International Direct and Facultative team. As a lead market, he was responsible for developing a wide distribution channel and worked closely with the claims function. In this role he gained experience writing a wide range of occupancies in various forms focussing on primary layers but also complemented by excess of loss and some full value placements. He began his career at the same company as part of the Corporate Property team writing predominantly large multinationals and UK corporates.
