Danielle Griffin
Head of Human Resources
Since 2020, Danielle has established and led the HR function at K2 International, playing a key role in fostering a company culture of transparency, collaboration, and employee engagement. She is also a member of the K2 International Executive Team. Prior to joining K2, she held HR roles at Pioneer Underwriters and Catlin Insurance since 2012.
Danielle earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and an MSc in International Management and Global Business from the University of Limerick, Ireland. She also holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) designation.
