Richard co-founded the K2 Financial team in 2014, having joined the insurance industry in 1999. Prior to establishing K2 Financial, he was Assistant General Manager of the Professional Risks division at Travelers Insurance having been Senior Underwriter for Financial Institutions at Chubb.

 

Richard graduated with an Honours degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University, is an ACII qualified chartered insurer and also holds the CFA’s Investment Management Certificate.

 

Richard was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 1 March 2024.
