Senior Catastrophe Modeller

Zach joined K2 International in September 2020 as a Catastrophe Modeller, having previously worked at Talbot Underwriting. In his role within the Exposure Management team, Zach supports both the CAT and Property D&F teams in London, as well as playing a key role in the development & implementation of modelling infrastructure for K2 in the US, with a heavy focus on process automation and reporting. Zach is at the forefront of supporting K2’s Parametric Portfolio. He graduated from the University of Leeds with a first class joint honours degree in Mathematics and Geography, and moved swiftly into the insurance industry. Zach was promoted to Senior Catastrophe Modeller in July 2023.
